Taking them out would be very stupid. Making people waste there time. Even if we did the first option, I'd assume people wouldn't want one particular person dividing the good from bad. I see no way of that working.

Just put a poll for the first ten sigs, and for the other ones tell people that they can post in the thread stating which they voted for.

I suppose that could work. I'd just have to check for multiple voting.

It wouldn't work at all. Actually, it would be really unfair. People that don't post will find it easier to vote for those in the poll, and they will. Either don't make a poll, or increase the number of entries in the poll. It's happened before-- to me in particular.
