Let's say you only buy the normal WoW, with no expansion, would you still be able to see BC players? As in Bloodelfs, or just see others equip the BC armor? Or are they invisible?

You'll be able to see them in all their armors. You just won't be able to go to Outland or level past 60. As Arri said, just get it. There's no point not to and every reason why you should.

Sorry about asking so much lol. I'm just wondering, because I don't have a lot of money, and my parents don't want me to buy it, lol.

If you don't have a lot of money then you shouldn't be playing WoW in the first place. If you can afford WoW and the mothly payment then there's no reason why you couldn't buy a $20-30 expansion. Buying it is the only way to play WoW now, honestly.
