Hey, guys, me and Bobby5589 are going to bring up a fan site very soon for Chaos Online! We will be a wiki-based fansite along with full phpbb3 forums as well. I expect to upload all files and install everything by the end of tonight, with the pre-fan site up and running tomorrow.

*Note: Fan site graphics and images will take at least a few days, so everything you see tonight/tomorrow will only be our defaults.

Hey Tecca, I found a lot of useful information for your fansite

If you open the ini.dat (C:\Program Files\ChaosOnline\pack\ini.dat) you can view
1. Monsters and their stats
2. Names of all the Maps
3. Names of all the skills
4. Quests and all the descriptions
5. Exp required per level

and probably a lot more that I missed
I only suggest opening ini.dat its 3,800KB and its over 2000 pages long on MSWord, the others are over 400,000KB

Conquer Online is the same way, and you could edit the values such as weapon proficiency and change the required exp from 50,000 to 1, and on your client it would say that you were at 500% completed with leveling, but the server never registered it.

So basically all it does is allow you to mess with your client a little but not change any real info
