Good for you then, with NF's Heroes
I henched most of Prophecies, then did hero/hench in Nightfall. A month later Nightfall release I bought Factions. I can empathize with some of the OP's points about his woes in starting out in Factions.
OP only has Factions from what I deduce, and some game concepts can be missed with the "rush-to-level 20" mode that was implemented in that campaign.
I currently am trying out Fissure of Woe with my warrior and her three heroes, only a 4-man group. 2-man 6-hero has been already done, I'm just doing it for the challenge.
