If the anime fails, the sales will fail too. It could be used as an excuse to say that online streaming doesn't work, thus reverting back to the olden days.

Yeah. Well, judging from looks, they do look like they're pretty good.
I still think that idea about officials collaborating with fansub groups is a sort of good idea. If this doesn't work out, of course.
