1. my upload before had nothing to do with the ToS, it didnt apply to any since it wasnt a) a device, b) a software, c) a routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the services. plus, its only able to be up for a certain time, happy hour isnt up for the whole time, AND, the link to activate it is even on the megaupload site

2. this isn't illegal, unless you want to use proxys, but then agian, you are serix, so you would say using proxys is illegal as well?
