Most hated would be Chrono Cross'. The standard one.

Epic game all the way to the end, and then it's like wtfhax.

Personally you can't top the Virtua Fighter 5 ending, "Good job you won this...tournament thing! Wait, why are we fighting again? I guess it doesn't matter, you won!"
