Signature Image Problems - Newbie Zone

The rules says that your sig image can be 500x100, but when I upload a 400x100 it says its over the max kb. I mean come on, 19kb limit seems way to small. I see people with huge images on their sig, why is mine forced to be so small? (look at my sig)

upload it to a website like tinypic.com and just use the url with the [img] tags in your siggy and rofl @ your sig haha sorry couldnt help it
