No, it's not fun. There's not much you can do. Even your generic RPG browser game has more things to do.
When you start out, for a couple months, all you can do is click 2 buttons. Work, and Train. It's more of a RP thing. "I put on my robe and wizard hat" |

Still doesn't make it more featured than a generic RPG. It doesn't take skills or anything. You just click a few buttons a day. Companies doesn't make it more entertaining, you just invite random people to work and hope they join with a crappy wage you start with, and that they don't ninja-quit half way. Even in a war, there's not much you can do. Good luck trying to be the president, you'll need more than a couple months for that.
When you are clicking two buttons for weeks, you are right, months is way off, years is more like it. As I've said, this is more of a RP game, where you just post stuff, and RP a leader or whatever.
