Its not just buying the stamina pots with money but with mentor points.
Kinda like the Last Chaos system.

Atlantica just became shitty imo.

I actually agree with you though, judging it without trying is not accurate. Just how they explained the system turns people away. Hopefully it doesn't ruin the game to bad.

That's just setting the trigger for the super explosion of spammage after all the players run out of stamina in an hour or so.

hmm let me give you my insight on this one
i think this stamina thing will only remain or last till the end of cbt
i think they want to test other game features like pvp / guild / nation /craft etc
and to do that, they have to force the players by implementing this stamina feature
on cbt one, how much of the population did try hard core pvp /join guild /nation etc? too little right? since most are busy grinding and leveling up their characters and come to think of it I'm one of them...i didnt pvp even once on cbt1.

So this is a yes yes for me at least on cbt 2

I honestly don't think stamina has anything to do with cash shop. I think they just want to put a limiter on how much people can play per day. Didn't WoW china do something similar to this?

EDIT: Also the outcry on the official board has got a 5 minute post limit on all posts, not just topics. Clearly the community is highly displeased. Stamina will probably not make it out of CB round 2.
