first of all reduce the lvl cap.in my opinion lvling is the most boring part on the game.
make a low lvl cap but instead you have to buy skills,or make it skill based(no lvl cap)
and cashshop items should be traded ingame because not all will buy ig items but there are some crazy people that are willing to buy ig items for allot of money i knew a guy who spent 100$/month for ig items.and when i asked him why doen't he just play p2p he said that he would be like the rest but with ig items he is better.
stupid i know bee the best at a shitty game instead of being normal in a high quality p2p
