The one experience I had with them worked perfectly, I needed a new PIN so I talked to them via chat, 0 minute wait time, and the guy was really chill and helpful. I haven't talked to them via phone but I imagine that's just as fast and helpful.
I've heard bad things about ally customer service. How is it in your opinion?
