So, Birth by Sleep is said to be coming out this year, possibly in December. Well, the idea of it coming out in December is my thinking, since Kingdom Hearts came out around that time, as well as the others...I think.

Anyway, the game features Ven, Terra, and Aqua. It is set in the past, and rumor has it that Sora, Riku, and Kairi will be shown as a younger version of themselves. The Gameplay, as Wikipedia announced, is set in a card-based system, like KH:CoM (Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories). Since Wikipedia also mentions that it takes ten years in the past from the Kingdom Hearts time, Sora and Kairi will be four, and Riku being five. Also, since Kairi arrived when she was little, she may not be featured in the game (and she was not mentioned on Wikipedia).

Well, that is the jest on the upcoming game. There are others, including a cell phone version, but this is the main focus for now. After all, Kingdom Hearts 3 will not be arriving for quite awhile... D:

I do not think that sucks. On the contrary, I always dreamed for Kingdom Hearts to get their very own show. I just hope they have very good graphics and the story line will be very nice. It should also follow a different plot, such as how Kairi sees things, or even Riku. They can even go back and forth between Sora, Kairi, and Riku, showing untold stories not seen in the games. So, sorry to disappoint, but I am very interested to see what it is like.

Now, if it was boring and will not intrigue me in the slightest, then it will suck. All I can say is that I will have to wait and see. Also, please do not spam this thread. We are hear to speak about any rumors and share our knowledge, but it only needs to be stated once.

story behind khbbs
This story revolves around a single fragment of Jiminy Cricket's "Jiminy Memo".
Following the events of "Kingdom Hearts II", Jiminy returns to Disney Castle. Jiminy has been reading his memo along the way, and a single page makes him stop in his tracks.
This page contains a mysterious message:
"We have to go back, to heal their pain."
But no matter how much he racks his brains, he can't remember what the page is referring to.
The King turns the Jiminy into data, and begin to investigate. And in a world traced by the Jiminy Memo, the Destiny Islands, a sleeping boy awakens.
Thus Sora's new adventure in the Data World begins.
