Hey I saw your post about keys on the Dragon Oath event thread. I know you really love events and participate a lot. You've done some research into how the error occurs?

I'd like to see when it goes wrong exactly for people, and we have been working to fix things. Still some people miss their keys. Do you think it's because they click away too fast? If there's anything I can put in the standard description for events, then let me know exactly, so I can help more people get their keys.
