Jerks nerfing Scout / Ranger when they arn't even popular.. nobody plays them and its underpowered but they had to make them deal 25% reduced damage from close distance

i deleted this file in system32 and failed.. i was going to delete it to reboot and install a older version of this one driver because everytime i booted my pc without deleting this ide controller before i shut my pc down.. it made my computer boot in "previous state" >.<
