Few things:
1) Hahahaha can I sig this? It is hilarious!
2) You're 17, you're the kid playing crappy shoot games on consoles. Try a PC shooter (CS, TF, BF) on a decent server (Make sure you have a decent connection, no dial up). You won't have any more laggers than consoles have and decent servers won't have hackers. Don't complain about PC shooters because you are too ignorant to find decent servers, or because have a crappy machine that can't run them properly.
3) MGS4 singleplayer sucks... Hard. The multiplayer isn't horrible but it can't hold a candle to PC games.
