Well, thanks for that.
I appreciate your patience, though.
Now I have a new problem. After using Debian for about an hour, I can no longer open up new programs, and I can't even shut down. I have no idea what is causing it, but I can still use programs that are already opened. Any solution? This doesn't happen in any other distro I have tried.
Okay, thanks. I will try it out when I get back on Debian. But, which do you think would perform better, L E, XFCE, or IceWM?
Well, I have Debian live running off my USB stick, and I'm considering installing it to my hard drive.
However, as you know, my computer sucks ***, and GNOME doesn't exactly provide the best performance on my hardware. So, I want to install X, TinyX, or Xvesa. How do I do this?
I type in:
sudo apt-get install x-window-system
Care to help me out with Debian?
The president has been kidnapped by ninjas.
Are you a bad enough dude to rescue the president?
I will let it slide, though next time, you will not go unpunished.
I am Paladin Catling.
Sorry, but I am a popular individual. It is hard to remember everyone, especially those from the lower class.
Who are you?
