Yeah, it really is hard to stop, but when ever i'm eating something i forget about my nails, so i'll try and chew on random things ;D, thanks.

Well since your nail thread closed I can't answer there, but you should try wearing gloves for a while and get another lil' addiction or just find something to do to keep your hands and/or your mouth busy. I often find myself chewing on a straw instead on of my fingernails, but I must admit it's really hard to quit lol ^^'
