Hmm i still not quite get how the lvling works here ... do i do quests or i grind on mobs ? ir which quests do i do :/ i cant manage to find yellow ones anymore :O

keep it. On level50+ you'll use it to get pots.

what do i do with "Treasure" which i get from quests ?

ranger stats are power/defence. The hp addeds to little and the extra crit strike is really needed. That guide is from the time that we didn't have nethcosmo jewelry (wich also have a set to added critcast/critstrike). If you want to have 100% critical, I suggest going defence/power. You should really make a good choice though, ranger AoE's are expensive xD
