Windows 7 fails, run in compatibility mode if you haven't tried it

Hello there, Sorry to bother you, but I'm a big fan of your guides here on onrpg. I've just been having some trouble with my VPN and I thought you may be able to help. I've been trying to set it up in order to play Arad. ( I live in the USA, yes, it sucks) I used both the japanese and english one on your links post, but so far I've only gotten a "Authorized Driver" error. I tried uninstalling to reinstall, but I havn't had much luck. Again, thanks in advance.
