just to get this straight

- you edit GamersFirst\APB Reloaded\APBGame\Config\APBCompat.ini right? and does it reset the moment u save the file and re-open it, or wont it let u save at all?

- if it does save properly but resets the moment u start the game are u sure your running GamersFirst\APB Reloaded\Binaries\APB.exe ? its important u do not run GamersFirst\APB Reloaded\Launcher\APBLauncher.exe cause that causes your settings to reset.

-are you running in admin mode/full control?

if your sure u did everything right im afraid i cant really help ya :/ because none of my ini files in the config folder were set to read only from the start.

You could probably get into the military or national guard, which would help pay for education. Or do jobs that nobody else wants to do, you're bound to find something. If you have somebody in your family who has worked for a company for a while, why not ask them to help you get a job?
