I was wondering that myself. I usually just add people as they make me lol on the forums. I think I went through a big adding wave during your absence a little while ago >_<;

That, and theres no real distinctive way of telling who I've added and who I haven't...other than clicking my profile and looking at who has visited my page (with the little +'s). I think it should show on peoples posts in the forum as well
