Someone want to fill me in as to why Ryl1 and Ryl2 are different?

I know Ryl1 is P2P and Ryl2 if free with a cash item shop, but whats the difference besides that?

Ryl1 is usa (I think) and Ryl2 is foreign from usa (I Think)

ryl1 is beter than ryl2
ryl1 gat 6 difrendt map
there is human map and akhan map for lv 40++ (but they can atack each ather if they can run from the teleport) so u can kill lo lv
and ryl1 have map just for batel tower that u can enter any time

pretty much what he said. Plus there arent abunch of overpowered noobs that spend 100's of dollars in the cash shop running around owning everyone.
