Where, and how do i pk.
I was told that have to use that server where (pk) is written but on there i have to start a new charecter. Even when i got there i had no clue how to pk.

In order to PK (Player Killer), you need to be at least level 15. Meaning, when you're not a Vagrant. There are such thing as PK Zones. Meaning you cannot PK in town and PK doesn't exist in the dueling arena. And obviously in order to PK you need to be in a PK channel. Hope that answers your question.

Oh right. I don't recomend PK becuase you'l get a red name.. Go to jail.. lose items. Spend half a day killing stuff that won't give EXP/Money just to get out of jail. So yeah.

I definately don't recomend PK until:
1. You can AoE "mad mobs"
2. You at least decently prepared for all the new attention you'll receive from PK hunters
3. You are wearing armor and holding items that you can afford to lose
4. You completely understand your inevitable punishment

While not all of these are needed, it is suggested that you be prepared for the worst so that you won't get pissed when you realize that lvl 80's hang around flaris waiting to kill pkers, and the notorious 200 monster quest you receive at jail. And also, if you do go to jail, don't complain about it. You'll lose the respect of a lot of people, and considering that there is no pk in jail now, you have it easy, the quest is now possible to complete in one day, rather than a few weeks.

I understand the consequences, but i just wanted to know how for when i was redy.

oh and another question, if i have to go to the pk channel can i use my account thats on lawolf or will i have to make a new charecter?

Sadly, you gotta make a new character. Because it's a different server.
I to question about the PK server:
How many times do you have to die when your red name? I went on the PK channel just to heal my Tanker but i got killed ONCE by a level 80 Acrobat. and I decided to go back to the normal channels.

Red Name cannot be lowered unless from quest in the jail or special cash shop item which lowers it to orange.

There is no way of escaping red except for those 2 ways.

You can't die.. to get a red name.. You kill someone to get a red name...
There are 2 types of red name.. Light Red.. just kill someone.. you get 200 karma? (or something like that) and your name is red. You will go to jail if you die and respawn or from useing a wing. You will also lose items when you die.

Dark Red. Thats when you get 10,000 Karma in total. I had a friend who had that once.. pretty crazy.. if anyone still remembers who RUN is. =]. Anyways.

Well basically, unless youare in the dueling arena.
Dueling Arena prevents you from turning red if you kill someone inside it.

Not necessarily. As far as I know, the PK server is basically "all arena", and you can ask people whether they want to "duel" (I've turned off the PK stuff in the options; don't know how how you do it ingame). In that case, if the other person agrees, there will be no penalty.

However, on the PK server, you can also just attack people without their consent; that will give you a karma penalty, causing your name color to change and giving you the chance to loose an item when YOU get killed.

I've seen people with blue and red names, which AFAIK indicate different stages of "assholeness". I've also seen people with green names (that weren't in my party); I have no idea what it means, but I'm guessing they've killed a good number of assholes, getting a positive karma bonus (which might also mean they can PK and still stay green, *if* the game just subtracts the karma penalty from their current karma...)

I do play on the PK server occasionally, as there are far fewer people --- usually for giant hunting. Consequently, we've all been PKed already... and the PK server is getting less attractive as we level up, obviously.

For PvP I believe it is Billposter due to the many different build possibilities.

Blue and Green names are for positive karma. Green = +1k karma, Light Blue = +2k karma, and I'm not sure about dark blue since I've only seen one, I'm guessing about 3k or so positive karma. Purple is the color of your name after you kill someone, and it means you have -2k karma, next color is red, which is -10k karma. And no, you don't need to make a new account to go to the PK channel.

And yes Elki, I remember RUN, I helped contribute to his name color lol.

Rakun, what server are you on? If you are on Lawolf, a lot of people have been having trouble getting into the PK server, if you aren't, then maybe there is a level limit to the pk server?

yeah I play lawolf and it didnt have a pk server before, but today i logged on and there was a pk server.

i went there and nothing was wrong.
