Do you guys think, after may has passed, and the maple items are no longer attainable, that

1. prices will continue to go down
2. prices will go up because nothing drops them anymore

Well, of course prices will go up. It's simple supply and demand economics. If demand stays the same or increases, but the supply decreases (in this case, it ceases to exist), the price will increase. There probably won't be a huge jump in price right after the event ends, but I'm sure that a few months later, we'll see prices begin to climb. The only way for prices to decrease is if people don't want maple items, but since they're so damn sexy, and pretty usefull too, I doubt people will lose interest in them.
