Is steal a usful skill? And where shoud a lvl 5x str bandit train? Should i use a Bazuld scrolled or Wagner scrolled?

Rarely it is useful but it can when it will be. It can allow 2x equipment drop if it hits the right monster. Also GREAT for pq for 2x tickets.

A 5x bandit would have most luck at golems.

Steal useless? I've heard on some guides that Steal was a useless skill. Don't know why though, best to ask someone who has the skill Steal.

Where should a lvl 5x str bandit train? You could try clangs, wraiths, or Master Chronos.

Bazuld scrolled or Wagner scrolled? I would get a Sai, since it is pretty cheap (WAY cheaper than Shinks.) But if you insist on getting rather Bazlud or Wagner, I would get Wagner scrolled (if you have enough money.) The extra avoid and acc can help.

My friend a 10x chief bandit and she doesn't use steal. She has 1 point in steal and just uses it when shes just playing around.

This sums it up pretty well. I have level 10 steal, which is a 20% success. Because of it's low success, I mostly use it when hunting certain enemies, mostly for etc drops.

When I DO use steal, I wish it were maxed, because the increased success rate would really help out. However, the vast majority of the time, I don't use the skill. In it's place, I chose Endure. I like knowing I'm being helped by something that's ALWAYS in effect. I'm sure it feels better than dumping 30 points into a skill you only use sparingly.

As for the skill itself, I find it's mostly useful for enemies with limited spawns. If a map is full of fast spawning enemies, then you might as well just go for the kill and move to the next one. The time you wasted stealing could've been better spent moving on to another enemy (unless steal is strong enough to kill the weak enemy in a single cast). But for rare/slow spawning monsters, it does have it's usefulness for scoring an extra drop chance.

Steal does not work on bosses, or enemies that transform (ex: Transforming Jr Yetis, Yeti+Pepe). Steal also doesn't work on the event candles or cakes.

WUT IS STEAL EXACTLY? Dose it drop equips? Someone explain wut it really dose..

Im thinking it lets you steal any one item that the monster drops before killing it.

uhmm...i have level 1 steal, and when i successfully steal, i get either 2 etc drops or extra money.
