Well if you *own the game on GBA* you can play the remake of the early Final Fantasy games on your comp.

in a nutshell.. you need a mod. (or sumthing) for whatever system the game is on then you can download the files.

however if you get caught you face 250k fine or 10-15 years in jail for piracy EVEN if you have no intent to give to anyone.

There was one for FF7. It was just too hard for me to play. Not the original, it's some computer-based game. You start out in a weird sewer with all the characters already.

The rest from PSX and all that is... I forgot...

I have the FF7 version on the PC and it plays just like the one on the PSX. Except the controls take a while to get used to if you dont have a gamepad, and the background is real blocky on my computer. It's still the best game ever in my opinion. It has the same great story and characters as the original. Theres also a FF8 for the PC if you want that one.

its not necacerally called a mod its a emulator(system) and rom(the game)
and there not hard to find.
and about the 250k or 10-15 years in jail... are you serious?! thats a big big lie lol. movie piracy is only 5 years so i dont think an old nintendo game could get you 10-15 years in jail.

So, that means you gonna risk it? Can I come watch nintendo own you in court?:)

Try out Dink Smallwood. It's a lot like Zelda(different graphics of course) but it kinda has a similar feel. It's free and there is a community website of people who make mods for it, new quests, addons, etc. It's cool, check it out.

I doubt Nintendo cares about the games that aren't even making them money anymore. There's a line between piracy and abandonware... FF3 was a fun game... And it's legal to download if you have the original game (My attorneys advise that I say that ^^).
