problem with your monitor

go to

start --> run --> then type in dxdiag.exe

go to the MORE HELP tab

then adjust the refresh rate until it works for you.

Not going to explain what you're doing here since this information is everywhere.

go to start>all programs>wizet>maplestory>setup

Go to the maple story set up in the progams file and it should make you choose the best settings for maple story.
