If your not high enough to do the quest u can buy 1 at the market. :D

sry for the double post but i felt i should answer this as well night devil books can be found at the blue gohsts by the mine cave in tc VERY VERY VERY rarely also from the monsters in 3rd lvl of dis city thats rare but u have like a 500% better chance there bu that means u have to be lvl 120+ to actually acomlish that feat
