About how much more damage would a lvl 26 (or so) assassin get if he used kumbis instead of subis?
(6 more attack)

6 Attack on an assassin is a big difference, trust me youll probably notice it right away. I changed from my 23 atk meba to a 32 atk Kandayo at lvl 43 (Thats 9 attack) and went from doing 600-700 dmg per lucky 7 hit to around 1k max dmg with criticals.

but this is about 20+ levels below you where 1 att adds about 3.5 damage only

It's fairly signifigant, I did it on my Scania sin. But if it destroys your wallet, you don't REALLY need it.

Instead of making statements without evidence, and making guesses why don't you guys actually figure it out?
*sigh* OK fine I'll do it...
So a lvl 26 Thief will have the following stats (around, including from gear, assuming a perfect build and all LUK gear, no attack glove):
LUK: 101
DEX: 50
He will be using a Meba (16 w.atk).
So his regular damage attack range would be:
Subis (15 atk): 26-129 (average = 77)
Kumbis (21 atk): 32-154 (average = 93)
Difference:
min: +6
average: +16
max: +25
Now Lucky7 uses a different damage calculation, plus it hits for more damage, so how much of a difference will it make using L7?
Damage range with L7 (assuming maxed, both hits included in damage calculation):
Subis: 234-469 (average: 351)
Kumbis: 280-560 (average: 420)
Difference:
min: +46
average: +69
max: +91
There ya go, enjoy...

Wow Zadam, that helped a lot, thanks :)
I think I might get Kumbis... I have 2.5 mil, I can find em for 320k, so i can get 4 sets and still have over a mil left over...

the equation for lucky 7 is:
" Lucky Seven (Maximum Damage for 1 Throwing Star) - [((5.0*LUK)/100)*Weapon Attack)*Damage Percentage]
Lucky Seven (Minimum Damage for 1 Throwing Star) - [((2.5*LUK)/100)*Weapon Attack)*Damage Percentage"-hidden-street
