i would like to know if there are any online dragonballz or anime games? (by anime i mean like tv shows ex naruto, gundam etc.)

BYOND is your answer. Right now its jam packed of DBZ, Naruto and otehr anime games (unfauntly for me). Anyway, link: www.byond.com then goto # Games Live! then goto unpublished games and volia around 30 DBZ games, 15 Naruto games and a few other Anime games all ORPG's. (Most DBZ's are grind-fests)

BYOND crap? why dont you make a fully funcable online game with servers and cleints eh?... thats what i thought.

If you cannot find any other anime games of your liking, then make one your own self. That way you can learn how to make your own game and also make money at the samn time.

hahahah byond, functionable!? I tried it a while ago just for the hell of it, it is really bad, characters in variose games teleport all over the map while trying to walk and the graphics are so damn bad...... I kept getting ejected for no reason from the chat.... it sucks.

BYOND is garbage. Why would you make a game there? Its very unprofessional, and you have to sign up for BYONd and download it to play the games. The graphics suck and everything. Personally I wouldn't make a game on there.
