After i log in at Dg webby It leads me to a screen of i agree/dont agree when i agree Its either a 500 error or Incorrect parameter value.how do i fix this

I got this too. All I did is kept trying. I got logged in twice, but I had to install activeX both times which made me have to relogin. Well yeah, now I can't log in again.

This isnt the problem, the sites going through a lets say, "breakthrough".
