Where do I download it....

It tells me I need to install it every time I hit game start (logged in).. And when I do hit the button to install it it brings me to the main menu...

<edit> I get the install thing I hit it but nothing happens (thats when it goes to main menu)

Well, It should give you a pop up and it should tell u to download. That's how I got mine.
