i know there is a programme which can make dekaron run in korean words instead of alien words that after installation i saw it in my dekaron...

the name is like microsoft appocle... but its wrong i search for it and no result...

You're looking for applocale.
There's an option in widows control panel, regional and language settings, advanced tab. You can choose the language for non-unicode programs. You can try to choose korean there, might not be necessary to install applocale. Other non-unicode non-kr programs might look messed up though.
