No, it's not recommended. First of all, it's a 600 mb download. Not to mention, it lags like hell in the Kor version, which has been out for a year or two. And considering I have broadband, and kick the hell out of the recc requirements, that's pretty bad. You'd probably rip your eyes out waiting to move. But it is fun, so you should get high speed if you want to play it.

I have the recommend specs down. I just don't have high-speer internet.:D

You lag in Korean Nostale? Funny, I haven't experienced one ounce of lag in that game at all... Anyways, with the exception of the download, patches ect. you should do pretty good. Not exactly sure, haven't used a 56k for a while.

It's fine. I used to play graphics heavy Knight Online (e-games) on my computer before I got high speed. It worked fine and I had virtually no lag except occasionally when running in town. It's not even as graphically intense as Knight Online so you should be able to run it and it should work fine for you. (Plus, even worse... I had AOL:mad:...)

Thats probably becuase your personal ISP is probably a distance away from the Nostale servers. I mean, if you don't live in Korea you can't expect to play a game without lag, the distance between your computers is so huge that no matter what its going to be slow in sending/recieving information.

On topic, you probably shouldn't dare to play ANY mmorpg with 56k, becuase the lag will probably kill you so often that you'll get tired of it.
