Yeah I am having problems with CS:S... I can't get it to work. I am not sure if I should post it here, but then again it is the FPS section; right?
I will post a screenshot of what it is doing, but first I am re-downloading it off Steam's shitty host.
- I would like to hear what tips you all have.
- The error.
( says that they are having an error with HL2.EXE.)
( Do I download HL2 and CS:S? Or do I download HL2 Deathmatch and
CS:S?)

God damn I am confusing myself.. Help anyone?

just dll cs:s i think it should come with the hl2 engine....

No its not that... I uploaded a picture.
Its not running either.
I just keep getting that error over and over again.

Have you tried reinstalling? It sounds like a file is missing.

I've re-installed it so many times... Update takes 2 hours.
I fixed it though. By getting the latest Direct X. Steam's company really do not support their customers... And VAC just vanished people like pennies go into ditches. Use to have 100,000 people on Counter-Strike now 94,000.
Anyways thanks to those that have tried to lend a helping hand.
