hopefully they do an open beta quickly like Company of Heroes lol

Company of Heroes multiplayer demo sucked though, barely any description on stuff and some of the unit weapon upgrades never actually worked

What use is it paying for an account that offers you little in real life???

You have to pay for subscriber accounts...

Too bad I don't have a credit card and can't get one --- well you know why...

Even if I did, why the hell would I pay for something I don't need most of the time???

Even if I maybe did pay for that account, the only features I'd be getting is a faster way to download shit I won't even use most of the time.

For example, most of the people who play ET play it cause it's free and it's good. I doubt that a little number of those people play it anyways while they have BF2 and can play it as good as they can play ET...

Well, I'm one of them. I've bought a new pc, BF2 and an upgrade in my life. Let me tell you something --- BF2 is great if you'd ask who plays it, but to me, it's like the rest. There are so many damn special things about it but there is one more obstacle I must face, and that obstacle is laziness.

Yea, laziness. Now if I wasn't lazy and a little more interested in this like I was before, I'd spend most of my time playing the game.

Ok back to topic.

If I was to pay for a subscriber account, I'd want the following features that are never given to anyone since they can become too valuable and easy to get ahold of and that way --- tons of more people will pay for the accounts and game developers and publishers would lose money, which is not good for business --- and for them:

Every single game available on the market becomes free when you subscribe.

Ok maybe not with a subscriber level --- 15 or 10 dollars a month?

But like in Yahoo:

There is the Basic --- which is free and has everything a free account would have.

There is the Premium --- which adds features for only paying members and is usually 9.99 or 14.99 a month.

There is the VIP --- which adds shit only businessmen and executives of big corps would get ahold of.

A better example would be Google Earth.

In the same row, there is:

Basic, which is free for everyone and includes what a cheap person would want(more of a way of saying it would be an avarage PC user).

Plus, which is 20 bucks worth and adds some new features that give you a slight differance of feeling from Basic.

Pro, which is the executive/businessman type and adds every feature commercial, aka big corps would need.

Hey I wouldn't go for a subscriber account only for BF2142 --- just buy the godamn game when it comes out and let those lucky bastards try the beta out for now!

Why waste so much time on a post that offers so little in real life...
