You should pick a better time thats accessable to everyone, I myself don't wake up til 12-1, but I'm at GMT-5 so I can still make it at 11 for you. A globally good time, where everyone can meet, would be great, but thats probably not very possible. The only other thing we could do would have several meetings for every region.

I was basically saying, my Time Zone is GMT-5, compared to Kakashi's which is GMT - 8. So, when I said I weak up at 12PM-1PM every day, I was saying that its the same as 11AM for Kakashi. I suggested there be more than one meeting or a better time so people all around the planet can come and meet up.
