can anybody help me get to lvl 10?

just do the starter quests and if that doesnt get u there, do a bit of grinding. by then u should be lvl 10

do the quests you get at the beginning, itl bring you to level 7+ , then level to 10 from there, its really not that hard at all. grinding starts at 20 i say
