1st of all:

I Spoke to the game and game staff and they said they are really sure that the game wil be ready for release this month. (August) If for any reason they are unable to release by the end of the month, they will be releasing the game in September. That you CAN count on.

2nd of all:

The reason for the delays on the release of Nostale is because.

ONE: Nostale was never mentioned to be released on the same date as Trickster, Ran, Dragon Gem, and Cabal. Their were no mentions of the release at all. Someone simply expected it to release on the same date and passed on the word.

TWO: The game cannot be released until they have completely fixed the games that are already released at the moment. They are going to make sure all the games work without problems before they release anymore games. Otherwise wthey will get even more complaints and it would put staff employees under even more stress.

THREE: Everyone who is sending letters of complaints to the Game n Game company is a contrabuting factor in the reason why the game is not being released. This makes the staff try to work harder and faster at releasing the game. Problem is that they miss small errors that are crusial parts of the game.

On some part I will agree that Game n Game has not exactly been the best at releasing the games. The reason for this is because of their multiple release dates. You dont plan to release a game before you have fixed the problems. You fix the problems and then make sure it is running properly and then you release the game.

The constant delaying of each release date is the reason why everyone has been angry at Game n Game. Early set release dates never work. They usualy get bumped further away in the future.

Any how, you have the information that you have all been looking for. Now the rest comes on your part. Will you act like a complete idiot and continue to complain about something that will never be heard? Or will you just be patient and wait out the silence until the game is released? Its your choice, make sure you pick the right one.

Anyone who believes the topic creator is a complete idiot. He's lying, if you haven't noticed. Think about it for a bit, and then re-read his post. Look carefully...you'll notice it too. There is NO release date for Nostale, not even a general idea on when, as in months. It could come out tomorrow, or 3 months from now, and we have no idea, thanks to lack of info from the team. All we can do is wait. :/

Translating games isn't so easy, I know most people think u can just replace the word, but depending on how the game was programmed in the first place, many words in games are in some form of image, which they would have to translate to English and since it would automatically become longer, they would have to adjust everything around it. I would gladly wait another month as long as I don't get a half-assed game like Water Margin where the translation is horrible and some parts were still in Chinese.

Translation doesn’t work like that, as it was already said. Just an example:

I’m brazillian, I’ll write down a phrase in portuguese and then translate it to english just like a an automatic translation program would do:

Original: Você não consegue traduzir tão facilmente uma simples frase como você pensa.
Translation: You no can translate so easily one simple phrase how you think.
Should be: Translating a simple phrase isn’t easy as you think.

And that was just a little example on how messed up NPC dialogs could get. And you have to remember that oriental languages don’t follow the same patterns as occidental ones, portuguese and english aren’t THAT different from one another, they don’t even use the same alphabet.

well yea. we dont mean they should use an automatic translator. or i didnt. just one guy says wat it means, and writes it in english! tadaaa!! haha i kno its not that easy. :D but i cant wait for this game! ^^
