*tear* Im not sure what to do. With school comming up soon and soo much to do to get ready for college im not sure if i should keep with my sin anymore. Im at lvl 67 but i dont know if i should throw in the next 3 lvls into my char. It feels like everything in ms is going downhill from here. 3 of my friends left to make their own guild. Some of my buddies are also going to get ready for school. Im not sure if i should just join them and get with school. Is it worth it???

This game is intended equally for you just as others.
The person you should be asking this question is yourself. Is it really that important to you too reach lvl 70 which is 3 lvls away? Was the only reason you played ms was to be with friends? Was reaching 3rd job one of the goals you set out for yourself.
Me personallly if lvl 70 was one of my goals hell I would get those last 3 lvls at my convenience (less stressful route) or grind it out (the ugh route).
And if your wondering weather its more important to get ready for school or play ms...then that means its time to stop playing ms. Education > games.
Dont 4get that buddy.

Yeah I agree with HBK. Education>Games. BUT, it's your decision.
You can always get back to leveling at spare time, but I would be more focused on school coming.
Like me, I am almost level 50 and once I am I will start to get ready for a new semester. Class of 07!!!:D

well yea its ur dicision
successful life > entertainment gaming
me, im only 13 years old and my parents are telling me that im not allowed to play games next near cause i will start college
(and holy cow the stuff looks hard)
and yes my life will be VERY boring with no gaming starting at the age of 14...
but i think its worth to have a smart life then to have a normal life

Yeah! Class of 07 is the best! Oh back on topic. Its best to just drop MapleStory for now. Actually, I'm going through the same thing myself. After this Meet I'm going to put down the keyboard for a while.
It is very important to prioritize your duties.

Dude, you are in College. If you keep playing MS you defenetly have absolutely no life. So, I suggest that you quit. I think that you should of quit in 9th grade.

Neelnaik, don't say that people who are old "have no lives". You know nothing of what they do, so i suggest you stop saying things that would get others angry. There are plenty of people who play MMG's to have fun, and even if they are a bit old, that doesn't mean they they can't have fun. I'm only 13, but i bet qhen i get older, I'll still be playing games, and I'll bet that i will "have a life".
And Rajin, I agree with Archerness, and school is more important then games. However, just becuase you're going to college doesn't mean that you could still come to your gaming. Study hard, so that you'll have a bit of time playing, instead of playing all the time, and losing your education. College is a big step in life, and you want to make good choices ^_^.
PS: Hell, you're 13, and you're going to college next year?
K hold up here. All you guys are saying you're getting ready for school but I don't see the need to 'get ready' untill school ACTUALLY starts lol. I mean I'm gonna forget about it all until like one week before when I get supplies, then forget about it all over again and then when it's school day, I'll start. I mean prepare, what are you preparing for, like what are you doing? Are you studying when you don't know what you're going to do it school? Sorry but it's teh summer lol >.> I don't know, I mean school might be coming for you but surely you have free time right? I'd say do both, get ready for school AND play maple, I mean you're almost at 3rd job don't put it to waste.

Hell, its not a very hard question to see wuts more important, school or maple. But, I also agree with Rayl. Wut u gonna do to get ready? Anyway, whenever I quit MS, for whatever reason, I told my bro he could have my account. So i dont really care.

I dont get the point? Of course school is more important, but you can play maple also. Just dont play it too much, take it as a coffee-break (or milk-brake) game then and play youre char when you have fun with it.

Its not suprising for him to need to get ready for school BEFORE school starts... here let me give you an example of what I mean.
Im not sure what year or school he is entering but I can relate to this topic because when I started as a Sophomore in High school our English teachers would tell us 2 text books we had to read over the SUMMER, and then write a report about it:( . So normally nobody started reading the books until a month before school started and crammed everything, very few people actually read it periodically through the summer. So anyways once you read the book and made a report you were expected to hand this in to the teacher first day of class and schedule sometime in that week a 1 on 1 talk with your teacher to discuss about the book =T. We had to this for our Sophmore, Junior, and Senior Year. And some colleges even require you too read certain text books before entering the class so the class doesnt waste no time with introductions and dive right into the material.
Hope that helps

HBK has a good point. I actually am a sophmore in highschool now and I actually have to read an auto-biography on a rhetoric of our choice. Then we have to make a tri-fold poster and fill out the entire thing on the importance of the rhetoric and his/her speeches and how it relates to stuff we did last year. That's not to easy and it's not going to take me just one day.
Personally man, I Completly agree with what they said before. Education > MapleStory.
MapleStory will be here for a while. You won't miss to much. But your education is something that you really can not miss.

Thank you, Ryoku, for posting that, I became very angry after reading his post and you cooled my jets.
There are plenty of people young and old that play this game. It's a FREE game and it's entertaining. So really, just lay off.

Im in Grade 8 and i manage Maple around my schoolwork... if meaning more schoolwork on a night means less maple.. so be it.. its the way of life.. dont throw your education away.. but dont throw away something that is fun to you.. you need fun in your life, so just choose education or maple??

theres no need to quit gaming just because you have to go to college. you can always learn to lead a balanced lifestyle. im in college and im still able to login once in awhile. more often during holidays. but obviously, id rather spend more quality time in reality than in a virtual reality. so yeah. thats all i wanted to say. good luck.
