WaterTaos can't really lvl themselves well before rebirth. Thing that 99% of the waters do is indeed getting plvled to 110, then rebirth, then probably getting plvled again lol..

If you insist on lvling yourself, I'd say go to Maple Forest, on the right there's a cave, enter the cave, on the right there's a portal, jump in that one, jump down into another portal, then you should be with TomBats.. There are spots in that area where you can stand, but the TomBats can't reach you.. So you can just stand on there zapping the TomBats to lvl..

I'd say go get a L130 archer friend and ask him nicely if he might be up to taking you in his team if he goes out plvling any time soon.. Just don't be like "OMG PLVL PLZZZZZ PLVL PLZZZZZ TEAM TEAM PLZZZZZZZ" That generally pisses people off :P
