Hia! im Yalabor.
In maplestory ive created a lvl 16 theif and a lvl 12 warrior, both ive quit, sold all thier stuff and deleted, why? becuase i got bored :P
Anyway, i wanna get back into maplestory and have some fun, my freind said he will give me 5mill to fund me so i can play a funded charactor (Yay! :D).
So, what im asking is which class is fun and good for a funded class. Im leaning towards Sin, but i saw an archer that looked cool :D.
Anyway, please vote (in the poll) and post comments.

If your friend is giving you 5 mil I would make a Cleric with the money. Just buy you up alot of blue pots and hardcore lvl the mage to 30 in a matter of days.
Then make a SIN with the money from your Cleric :)
That way you can have a money maker and the money spender :)

That's exactly right. Clerics are fun, but they get boring after a while (This is what I was told.) BUT they make quite a bit of money (selling cursed dolls and later zombie teeth); so with the money you'd make from that, you could get some good stars for starting a sin. (Which I have just started recently... and I like her!)

archers. basically you'll need blue pots and white pots, along with the right timing to buy equipment.

Your L A M E! Maybe i didnt specify why they arnt a good choice. Theyre a good choice for people who are slow, methodical, and dont have a problem waiting until lvl 35+ for their hard work to pay off. But for people like me, who are jumpy, have an attention span as long as a finger nail, and demand instant gratification, you wont stick around long enough for it to be worth your time. Did i mention i am in fact NOT lame? :3

and what makes you think clerics are good other than healing? they're weak, but they're good money makers. that's all.

Archers are great, and the PWN in the 2nd Job and later.
They're pretty cheap, too (despite what people say, you don;t need too many Pots if you have the Relaxer, tho MP is still a problem).
But if you want to put that 5mil to good use, give it to me! J/K, make a Magician.

The whole point of me being funded is to choose a class that is expensive and trains better when funded :XD
So, i might choose a sin, and make a cleric later on :D.
