I just got back from the theatres. Nobody ever goes to the movies where I'm at, so it was just me and a few other people. Everyone cheered when Jackson said the line, and there was just so much pwnage in the movie it was unbelievable.

The point behind Snakes on a Plane is that it's an impossible scenario that wwould have very little chances of existing in real life. In the movie, the mob had to infiltrate the airport security and other airport facilities just to rig the plane and set the pharmones that trigger the snakes into their mood swings. In realife, the pilot runs over his plane, checking every square ince, not to mention the amount of other people that would run over other parts of the plane and long since found the welded opend door that was supposed to be shut.

Precisely, none of those apply to Snakes on a Plane since those applicable are only in reference to imitational or intended mimicry or ridicule.

This wasn't intended with Snakes on a Plane, it was just intended to be bad. Genuinely bad. Not comedically. Just so bad, so out there, that people ended up liking it.
