I know of know FPS where you need to p2p, partly because players put up the servers or buy the servers. Technically, if you want to buy a server that doesn't suck, you have to pay for that, but that's basically it.

Cracked servers are too lonely for me, i know how to crack the main official server.

funny. i played a cracked server for as long as the game has been out without buying it and i haven't heard of anything of it since.

Ya and I bet your VAC status is horrible. You connect to cracked servers through steam, they know.

There's like 100's of non-steam servers you can play on, not just 20. It's a bit harder to find a server you'd like but it's still good. I might buy CS though cuz now that I have a job, wasting $10 is like nothing.

Lol, I bought the Source pack at Circuit City for $20 to get CS:S, DoD:S, and HL2:Deathmatch.

And zammylegend, no there are three versions of CS. Original, 1.6, and Source.

you dont pay to play on servers. you pay for steam to host a server for you, so you dont have to run it from your comp

and Condition zero is just an upgraded counter strike
