like in March i was very stupid and uploaded wc3 : roc and TFT
and i got a msg from my ISP saying they found me hosting but by then it was already down and only less than 5 people donwloaded it
the email was in late April and it was already gone and i never did it again
but it still struck my mind when it think about it and my getting sued... :(
and its been months later and well i dont know
people said it takes long for it to draft a lawsuit
anyone know if i will be sued :( i really hope not.. im only 15

Yeppers they would lose more money suing you than those 5 downloads lost em.
I think you mean those 5 people wouldn't be able to play online, as far as I know wc3 is online.

Cost for a lawyer = I dunno :-/ More than a few copies of WC3 is worth :-/
takes quite some time to do them papers and they charge you for that so I'll say around 900 billion dollars.

As stated by the ISA (Internet Security Act) and the IBA (Internet Bypartisan Act) you can not get arrested, sued, or any sort of criminal thing as long as the ISP takes it down immediatly before the FBI become aware. If the FBI find it first, then you can be arrested. Thankfully, the ISP you use saved you, while most, such as mine will not. Please read the ISA and IBA before hosting a file again.

No, youre not, you violated the law. Theyll probably track you if you download anything illegally, or put anything up thats copyrighted, just an FYI
