whats wrong? why can't you play? maybe someone could help if you said what happens

i cant play either, when i try to log in it goes to page cannot be found

well first of all, you need INTERNET EXPLORER, not firefox or avant, 2nd, make sure your comp specs meet the nostale specs.

log into the gamengame website, then on a seperate window, go to the nostale website, both using IE , then when u log into gamengame, refresh nostale, and you shuold be logged in, this worked for us playing dragongem

ok i tried that and it still isnt working. when i log in to the nostale website while the gamengame web is up i get a pmi-sso error thing. and refreshing the nostale site doesnt work either

He didn't say log into the nostale site while haveing GNG's website up, he said Log into the GNG site and then refresh the Nostale site...

I log into the nostale site fine. Though when I start the game it asks me to login again ( but in the game window not the site, this is after of course I already logged in on the site ) than I put my login information hit ok and it tells me the login failed and to login to the site ( which I did hence reason the game window was up ) so im confused and i want to play = ( any suggestions ?

For me the nostale site is down...

‘Incorrect ID and password’,
‘check availability of I.D’,
‘pmi-sso-return-url doesn’t exist’

Currently, even with valid ID and password, some users still might be having difficulty logging on due to wrong access to the main server.


Game users should visit Game & Game or each game's web site and log in with the login button at the head of main page. This is a more stable way to access the main server.
