Speaking coherently and speaking perfect English are two different things. Not to mention that speaking English is a rule. Since speaking incoherent English is not speaking English at all I would imagine that it would be an infringement upon that rule.

They count towards the 10 point limit (if they had points). Which means 9 expired infractions + 1 active infraction = perma banned.

I switched back to this, because frankly I've been getting flack from another forum I went.

To be fair though, his English was so terrible at times it hardly made any sense, and looked more like senseless trolling than actual posts.

Although I agree that perfect English isn't a necessity, it's a problem when you have trouble with basic sentence structure and with the conjugation of basic verbs - Especially if you're of the argumentative kind. However, that's a problem several posters here suffer from - not going to mention names though.

yay for only having 1 infraction! i don't actually agree with it and don't think my post was infraction worthy since i was only trying to help get a completely derailed thread back on the tracks but oh well, never actually cared to try to contact a admin or anything.

im pretty amazed i never got any infractions while the whole norrin thing was going on though, i did get a few verbal warning if i remember correctly.
