1st of all go download this

Ok install active x manager and all make a new folder and throw it anywhere in c drive where it wont get in the way, YOU HAVE TO DO THIS because once u register the file it wont let u move the folder or anything.
So now unrar the file with the 2 files named NostaleWebLauncher.ocx and NostaleWebLauncher.inf and boom double click the nostaleweblauncher.ocx and U CAN PLAY

This is the activex i uploaded and emote used to get his working. Thats my link and its the activex from my windows folder. You dont have to dl it but for people who need it its tehre. Anyways nice guide :)

Where do I extract it?

It seems i'm not the only one who found this out, but i'll post my guide (that I made for Nosmate just a few minutes ago, it should be easy to follow):

Okey, I now have a solution for the problem! There's a way to manually install the activeX controll, it took me quite a load of fibbling about, but I found the location of the cab file containing the *.OCX file (.OCX is the extension of activeX controlls). I then downloaded it and extracted the contents of the .cab file with winrar, I then installed a program named ActiveX Manager, then installed the *.OCX file using that program and woopsie, I can launch the game from the site.

I'll post a step by step now:

1. Download NostaleWebLauncher.cab from the following URL:
http://222.111.150.75/sso/NostaleWebLauncher.cab

2. Use WinRAR and extract the contents of NostaleWebLauncher.cab to any place you want, then go to that folder.

3. Inside the folder is the important ActiveX file named NostaleWebLauncher.ocx, confirm that before you go on.

4. Download and install ActiveX Manager (it's a trial, but you'll only use it once to whatever) from the following URL:
http://www.4developers.com/xmgr/index.htm
Specifically: http://www.4developers.com/software/axmgr.exe

5. Install and start it up, on the right area of the program is a bunch of buttons, click Add Control.

6. Point it to the folder you unrared NostaleWebLauncher.cab to and choose the file NostaleWebLauncher.ocx and then click Open/Ok.

7. You should get a message that it's installed/registered. Now restart your Internet Explorer, make sure you turn all of them off so it's totally restarted. Then go and log in at http://222.111.150.75/ (or whichever url you used to log in, it's different for some) and when you're logged in, click the Game Start button and it should work.

8. If it doesn't work, restart your computer. It should however work... If it doesn't, i'm sorry but then it's totally out of my league. :(

That's the thing Razor, not everyone can download the activeX thingie using the browser. That's why this guide was made. =)

I have errors login-in in to the website, what can I do?

This is what I do, I log in on the GameNGame website, then I open another window and input http://222.111.150.75/login.asp, I usually don't have to login from there.

But if I have to login there to, i'll do that and i'll be redirected to GameNGame, then I simple type in http://222.111.150.75/login.asp in the first GameNGame window, and i'm always logged in.

The thing is, many people have different problems with logging in, some don't have a problem at all. I don't know really, best thing you can do is to delete your cookies and try and fiddle around with it. :/ Atleast that's the only this I can say about this issue.

Have fun, I was also very confused at the start. =) Just kill mobs and go to timestones under your level and everything'll solve itself. =)
