This is a really open ended question. First you really don't link it to a server, you need to find somewhere that will host your site. Then you will upload the pages and images to that said server. Then all will be able to view your site.
If you have a direct connection to internet (DSL, cable, or better) then you could possible host the site on your own computer if you can get a static IP address from your ISP. This route you will want to make sure you have firewalls and security in place. After that is all in place then you can register for a .com or .whatever domain name. Once that is done then you set up, through your registrar, your new domain name to point to that static IP address.

I suggest http://www.atspace.com for hosting and http://www.godaddy.com for domain names. Good luck! :D

"Make it real"? Whaaat?
HyperText Markup Language, or HTML (I'm sure you've heard that somewhere ;)), is really all you need to create a web site. But if you really want to make a nice web site, you'll need HTML and CSS. I recommmend you learn JavaScript and PHP if you REALLY want to make a REALLY nice site.
http://www.w3schools.com -- This is all you need.
Google up GIMP for nice art program.
